Riley Shelley and Bob Jane T-Marts - Building a successful and lasting partnership

Experience Overview

Since 2002, Riley Shelley has worked collaboratively with Bob Jane T-Marts to forge a successful relationship, spanning over seven years. Riley Shelley has implemented an innovative and customised painting and building services solution that is not only cost effective but meets the long-term service requirements of Bob Jane T-Marts.

In 2002 Bob Jane T-Marts enlisted the services of Riley Shelley to complete the broadest corporate identity redevelopment in the organisation's history.

Together, Riley Shelley and Bob Jane undertook detailed research based on retailing trends, customer feedback and franchisee input to devise the most suitable corporate identity makeover for all stores.

Contract Highlights

Riley Shelley worked in close collaboration with Bob Jane T-marts CEO, Rodney Jane, to design the new livery concept. The new look stores were designed to create a more prominent, high impact retail presence embracing the company's iconic logo and included a new standout colour scheme.

Riley Shelley repainted both the interior and exterior of all 130 stores nationally. This work included the showrooms, workshops and public amenities. In addition, Riley Shelley was responsible for the redevelopment of all signage and site branding.

Ongoing relationship

Since being engaged by Bob Jane T-Marts in 2002, Riley Shelley has ensured the quality of the new look corporate identity and site brand is maintained to the highest possible standard.

In 2007, Bob Jane replaced all signage on their store pillars and poles. Riley Shelley installed updated Bob Jane faces providing over 80 sites with a refreshed new image.

In 2008 Bob Jane T-Marts again engaged the expertise of Riley Shelley, this time to undertake a full refurbishment of all Bob Jane T-Marts showrooms. The refurbishment included:

  • Tiling
  • Painting
  • Cabinet fitting
  • Electricals
  • Reception counters
  • Customer lounges.

The refurbishments were well received by Bob Jane management and Riley Shelley has since commenced the exterior repaint cycle for stores in Western Australia and Queensland.

Riley Shelley has designed affordable solutions based on the unique needs of Bob Jane T-Marts. By using premium quality products it has reduced maintenance costs and these savings have been passed on directly to Bob Jane T-Marts.
