Spotless provides linen sterilisation services to New South Wales healthcare clients and has built a state-of-the-art facility at Rosebery to prepare 1,500 theatre pre-packs and feeder packs per day to supply to over 30 of Sydney’s private hospitals and day clinics.
After servicing the market for more than a decade via a third-party, Spotless has established its own high-tech sterilisation facility at the Rosebery laundry site, with every product subjected to stringent sterilisation processes to meet a range of regulatory standards. Working closely with the healthcare industry, the quality and efficiency of sterilisation has been improved for the benefit of patient care.
Collaborative first
Spotless and its Ensign team have extensive laundry experience throughout Australia and New Zealand, but a specialist team worked with the healthcare industry for over 18 months to develop a state-of-the-art facility for sterilisation processing. The first Australian Spotless laundry to design and build such a facility, it complements similar processes at Auckland and Hamilton in New Zealand.
