International services company Spotless, (ASX/NZX: SPT) as consortium partner to the $1 billion New Royal Children’s Hospital (NRCH) project, has picked up a major service delivery award. Infrastructure Partnerships Australia judged the hospital the nation’s best infrastructure project at a Sydney awards’ ceremony this week. Josef Farnik, Spotless Group Managing Director and CEO said the award acknowledges Spotless’ leadership in delivering integrated maintenance and operational support services in a highly specialised environment. “Spotless brings to the 25-year NRCH project the highest possible service delivery standards, efficiencies and innovation ensuring value for money. This includes working with its design and construction partners to ensure the project achieves its whole of life outcomes,” he said. “Spotless supports eight social infrastructure assets under PPPs across Australia with its service excellence and risk management standards. Client feedback and satisfaction is monitored and measured through Spotless’ annual contract performance reviews. Spotless, as part of The Children’s Health Partnership, was awarded the role to provide facilities management at the hospital in November 2007. Spotless NRCH services include:
