Spotless has been a long time supplier of pre packed and sterile linen bundles to operating theatres, day stay units, clinics and associated services requiring sterile products. Our New Zealand and Australian laundries supply in excess of 10,000 sterile and un-sterile pre packs per week.
Three laundry facilities contain fully certified sterilisation equipment including:
- three pre vacuumed steam sterilisers in NSW and two in New Zealand
- two Ethylene Oxide sterilisers in New Zealand for sterilisation of consumables and products that cannot withstand high heat.
The processing of customised procedure packs occurs in a dedicated clean room and all products are released with sterility assurance. All packs are manufactured to AS/NZ 4187-2003 standard requirements.
Our sterile consumable and reusable linen sterilisation services are cost effective and customised. We offer an extensive range of drapes, barrier fabric, disposable products, linen wraps and gowns. Our service includes daily delivery of packs and a tailored imprest service to manage theatre requirements and inventory and review usage to help minimise costs.
