Major contracts include Defence Comprehensive Maintenance Services at a wide range of locations, Maintenance Services for NSW Schools, and Capital Works and Refurbishment Services for Rio Tinto in the Pilbara.

Facilities Management

We provide services to over 45,000 properties Australia-wide, offering capabilities including breakdown, preventative and condition based maintenance, as well as project works and heritage listings. Our customers include government departments, defence bases, education campuses, sporting stadiums, hospitals and aged care facilities, manufacturing plants and commercial environments.
Project Management
Our competencies in project management and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) are impressive. The Managed Services business has a growing portfolio of PPP contracts where Spotless acts as the operator and service provider for social infrastructure assets, including public housing, schools, hospitals and defence assets.
Systems
Our proprietary IT systems link our client specific Contract Management Plans, our 24/7 client Contact Centre, and our Financial and Performance Management systems, to enable powerful analysis and reporting regarding asset performance. Energy and environmental impacts are also considered in all maintenance strategies developed.
