Spotless has a growing portfolio of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) contracts where we act as the operator and service provider for social infrastructure assets. These assets include public housing, schools and other educational institutions, hospitals, and defence assets.
Our clients benefit from our skills in facility management. These skills have made us a preferred partner in PPP projects which require complex and specialist capabilities, including whole-of-life asset management and maintenance over 25-35 years.
In addition to traditional managed services contracts, we continue to build on our leading position in the Australian PPP market as a preferred operator of social infrastructure assets with seven PPP contracts awarded to date.
During 2008 Spotless was part of the successful consortium for the $946 million Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne. Additionally, we support high profile clients including NSW Schools 1 and 2, Royal Children’s Hospital, Orange and Associated Health Services, Bonnyrigg Public Housing and Southbank Education & Training Precinct.
Spotless is also a consortium member for a number of PPP projects currently under consideration by governments around Australia.
