Throughout the 1990's, Spotless acquires niche boutique catering brands including Epicure Catering (Vic), Food by the Mode Group (NSW) and Mustard Catering (WA)

1999

Acquires Support Services businesses from P&O in Aust and NZ - growing the services portfolio to include facilities management and asset maintenance

2001

Becomes a global supplier of hanger systems and ancillary apparel products by purchasing Braitrim Holdings Limited

2002

Wins a major maintenance services contract in the public housing market

2003

Identifies government PPP projects for social infrastructure as a key market

2005

Traditional Ensign business expands to incorporate workwear and uniform retail solutions

2006

Wins contract for capital works, refurbishment and repair services in the Pilbara region

2007

Acquires Alliance Catering Services Pty Ltd, a commercial caterer specialising in servicing corporate, industrial and education sectors.

Spotless acquire a 50 per cent shareholding in Michael O’Brien Catering Ltd, the company with the catering rights at Eden Park, Auckland.

2008

Wins key component of the largest residential maintenance contract in the Southern Hemisphere - Housing NSW.

2009

Acquires Riley Shelley - a privately owned painting, building services, essential services and corporate imaging provider business.

Acquires Arrix, one of the largest suppliers of commercial cleaning services in Western Australia.

Expands in NSW with the purchase of Pearl laundry, a commercial laundry based in North Rocks NSW.

2010

Spotless becomes a Dual Listed Issuer on the NZSX, following the acquisition of the 34 per cent of shares in Taylors Group Limited that it did not already own.

Spotless complete the acquisition of privately owned international cleaning and outsourced services company, CE Property Services Group ‘Cleanevent'.
