About us

Become a supplier

Become one of our suppliers

Spotless engages a wide range of suppliers and trade subcontractors in the delivery of our services across our chosen industry segments including: health, resources, airports, education, government, business and industry, defence, leisure, sports and entertainment and laundries. We encourage commercial value, quality, innovation, safety and sustainability from our suppliers. Sourcing, category management and supplier management for both goods and services may be regional, divisional and/or individual asset/site levels.

New suppliers

Spotless has a strict set of qualifying criteria for suppliers, and undertake a regular tender process in all product and service categories. Spotless preferred suppliers enjoy a greater predictability of purchasing volumes.

Some of these criteria include Spotless Food Safety Standards for Suppliers, a regime that has greater rigour than HACCP standards and facilitates the maintenance of our strict regime of supplier food safety standards. In relation to subcontractors Spotless has a computer supported database that tracks trade qualifications, licences and insurance to ensure our risk mitigation strategies are second to none.

Should you wish to explore becoming a Spotless supplier or subcontractor please submit your details via the Contact Us page, and select 'Supplier Enquiry' as the subject.

E-procurement ensures accuracy and provides for more efficient transactions between both parties.
Spotless requires all suppliers to be 'e-enabled'.

All suppliers must:

  1. Be able to provide Spotless with electronic product and service files
  2. Be able to receive electronic orders from Spotless
  3. Be able to send electronic invoices to Spotless

Once you are appointed as a preferred supplier, our Electronic Buying System (EBS) gives Spotless branches online access to your catalogues.

This electronic and centralised system means orders and reports are system-generated and real time, with electronic invoicing.
