Spotless is committed to delivering services in an effective and efficient manner to ensure we help our clients meet their objectives whilst minimising adverse impacts on communities and the environment.
By actively supporting communities, businesses and people, all Spotless companies are enriching the lives of many people and of many Australian communities. We will continue to pursue Corporate Social Responsibility as a management priority and an organisational necessity.
A powerful demonstration of this commitment to the community – particularly in NSW – is the enduring partnership Spotless has established with National Community Enterprises (a Not-For Profit Charitable organisation based in NSW) to provide retraining and employment opportunities for people with employment barriers. Spotless is a founding member that provide from time-to-time financial, material and in-kind support to National Community Enterprises (NCE).
Established in 2008 (then known as Newleaf Community Renewal) NCE was established to deliver sustainable community renewal outcomes on a major NSW Public-Private Partnership referred to as the Bonnyrigg Living Communities Project (BLCP). The BLCP project commenced in 2007 and the service requirements for NCE were fulfilled in 2015.
Having mobilised on the FMS Contract South Australia and currently mobilising now on a Land and Housing contract for the NSW Government in the Illawarra, Central Coast and Inner West Sydney, NCE is working with Spotless on implementation of the Social Obligation Plan which includes community engagement and tenant participation in training and employment opportunities.
