Spotless is a culturally diverse organisation and we're committed to meeting significant targets for the employment of Indigenous Australians.

Spotless has been a member of the Corporate Leader for Indigenous Employment Program since 1991 and has been actively supporting indigenous employees in our workplaces through a variety of initiatives.

As part of this program, Spotless is committed to offering employment opportunities and career pathways for indigenous people.

Safety
Safety continues to be of primary importance throughout the Spotless Group. We have a vision of zero injuries in the workplace. Through our safety@spotless program we communicate safety throughout the business and promote a culture where injury prevention is part of everybody's job.

Five Core Safety Beliefs:

• All Injuries can be prevented
• Everyone is responsible for injury prevention
• Working safely is a condition of employment
• No site induction, no start
• If it isn't safe, don't do it.

Environment and Sustainability
At Spotless, we recognise that our activities, products and services may have a significant impact on the environment. As part of our commitment to reaching our goal of "zero environmental harm," we have made big changes to the way we do business, focusing on:

• Greenhouse and energy management
• Environmental training
• Community programs
