Spotless works hard at providing total facilities management and supporting Defence goals and objectives. Supporting Defence Capability requires personal commitment and the application of specialist Estate and maintenance knowledge by the Spotless defence staff.

Over 30 years of experience supporting more than 30 defence bases and sites across Australia and New Zealand has taught us that our services must be responsive, efficient and flexible in order to best support our nation's servicemen and women.

Through the Defence Support Group (DSG), Spotless provides the Australian Defence Force (ADF) with over $350 million worth of services each year, including servicing Defence's fully combined Base Services contract in Queensland and the Australian Joint Operational Command Headquarters (HQJOC) a PPP contract.

We manage and deliver a full range of maintenance services in five of the Defence Support Group (DSG) regions:
  • South Queensland
  • Western Australia
  • Riverina Murray Valley
  • ACT-Southern NSW
  • Northern Territory.
In addition to delivering top quality catering, cleaning, facilities management and laundry support, we also provide more specialised services for our defence customers, including engineering operations, stores management, fire fighting and rescue, call centre services, security and airfield support.

Because our defence customers do not operate under "everyday" conditions, our solutions have to be anything but ordinary. One such remarkable solution is the "Mobile Afghan Village" Spotless created for the Special Forces.

The training teams had been using structures that had to be destroyed after each exercise, a drain on resources and training time. Our "village" was designed to be re-useable, portable and quickly assembled, allowing them to train in all kinds of terrain and approach situations.

The standards under which the ADF operates are rigorous, but our team of almost 3000 defence experts are always ready to meet the 69 compliance indicators, 111 performance indicators and 840 individual KPIs we are measured against each month.
