We take a strategic and tactical approach to preventative maintenance at all stages of an asset's life-cycle. Rigorous maintenance plans, condition assessments and audits deliver effective, sustainable and cost effective facility management services.
One facility management contract at a remote site demands a team of over 200 electricians, refrigeration technicians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, tilers, welders, general hands, arborists, structural and civil engineers to maintain and refurbish 2,600 buildings.
Our site maintenance team works closely with you to provide advice, technical solutions and delivery support in the areas of due diligence, mobilization, maintenance planning, whole of life cycle costing, statutory compliance, audits, service delivery improvement and ecologically sustainable development. We employ a structured, fully documented, work control process to ensure a consistent and thorough approach to the initiation, planning and execution of maintenance works across the site.
The scope of works include planned and ad-hoc maintenance by specialist tradesmen including electrical, plumbing, building, carpentry, painting, glazing, TV, line-marking, bricklaying, machining & fabrication, welding, concreting, glazing, pipe fitting and roof plumbing.
We repair roofs, maintain hydrocarbon distribution facilities, clean workshops, repair bitumen roads, maintain bulk and in-pit oil and fuel farms, install fences, weld pipes, treat swimming pools and service trade waste and sewerage systems.
No site works are undertaken unless written risk assessments and safe job procedures are in place.
