Former Employee Payment Confirmation Details Verification

Ensuring all of our employees are paid the correct pay is important to us. We’ve identified a number of employees who have not received the correct pay as part of a payroll system review. If you’re an affected employee, you will have received a letter from us.

Please supply us with your details and super choice form (if required) to ensure you receive your correct pay as quickly as possible. It’s important for us to get it right and we regret any inconvenience caused by the error.

If you have changed your nominated superannuation fund, you will need to provide a completed and signed ATO Super (Standard Choice form) so that we can pay any owed super:

You will need to send an email with your completed documents to payrollhelpdesk@spotless.com.au with all the following details:

  • First Name
  • Surname
  • Date of birth
  • Email Address
  • Home Address
  • Phone Number
  • Employee ID
  • Work Location
  • Bank Account Name
  • BSB
  • Account
  • Have your Superannuation details changed? If yes, please also supply a signed ATO Super (Standard Choice form)
