Spotless supports diversity panel

Spotless’ and Ducere Business School’s diverse panel discussion on the “Importance of diversity in driving creativity and growth” clearly demonstrated the intelligence, balance and depth that can come from exchanging different ideas and perspectives. Catherine Walsh, Spotless Group Exec for People and Culture emphasised every individual deserves equal right to contribute to society, and the importance of “building resilience, robustness “ in your people because “with creativity comes challenges” while Simon Spencer, CEO Edglabs, highlighted the need to “clearly define the problem you are solving” in order to understand the true value of the solution. The panel all agreed businesses need to intensify their efforts to embed the power of differences in order to unlock innovation and drive market growth.
