As part of the Pinnacle Consortium, Spotless is delivering the construction and operation of six new ‘super’ schools which are:
- Adelaide West Special Education Centre
- Blair Athol North
- John Hartley School
- Mark Oliphant College
- Roma Mitchell Secondary College
- Woodville Gardens Primary School
Construction of the schools was completed progressively over a two year period and operations began in 2011. Spotless employees 52 staff across the contract. Initiatives introduced by Spotless to streamline the operation and maintenance of the schools include implementing automated access control systems using swipe cards, energy audits to improve energy efficiency, monthly safety tool box meetings, movement plans to reduce damage to grounds and gardens, and additional bins and recycling measures.
