NSW Government Site Maintenance

On 1 July 2018, Spotless commenced delivering maintenance services to 3,000 NSW Government sites across four regions of the state. The Spotless contract team – comprising 83 employees – provides maintenance services to schools, TAFE campuses, ambulance stations and fire stations in Sydney, Western Sydney, Hunter/Central Coast and Southern NSW, saving the Government an estimated $60 million over the four-and-a-half-year contract term.

Spotless provides operational and project-management delivery to the project through asset management and maintenance, as well as business support across the areas of risk and compliance, finance, procurement, safety and training, claims and the contact centre. As part of the four-and-a-half-year contract – which can be extended by two additional years – Spotless has committed to targets in relation to Aboriginal and disability employment.
