On Monday August 24, MUSTARD Catering at Perth Zoo, had a successful evening at the 2015 Western Australian (WA) Savour Australia Restaurant and Catering HOSTPLUS Awards for Excellence, winning three awards in the following categories:
CATERER OF THE YEAR WINNER
VENUE CATERER WINNER
WEDDING CATERER WINNER
The Awards for Excellence is a nationally recognised, independently judged awards program that celebrates exceptional service and culinary talent across Australia.
Since September 2007, MUSTARD Catering has been the exclusive catering partner at the Perth Zoo, providing an array of onsite services for corporate functions and events, plus retail catering.
The MUSTARD team caters for any sized event from 10 guests to 2000 guests, for unique weddings, and conferences at a selection of twelve indoor and outdoor venues at the Zoo.
State Manager of LSE WA, Nigel Keen, said:
“The Awards symbolise the team environment created at the Zoo under Kendra [Smith’s] leadership and is a just reward for the team’s hard work over the past year.”
Perth Zoo Venue Manager Kendra Smith commented:
