Spotless currently employs 26 apprentice chefs in Australia, who complete a three year program to obtain a Certificate III in either Commercial Cookery or Retail Baking. The chefs work across our Health, Education, B&I and Leisure, Sports & Entertainment sites.
The 2016 apprenticeship program includes nine new apprentices in Victoria (pictured), one in Western Australia and two in New South Wales. In Victoria, all apprentices commenced with a three-day induction program at the MCG and acquired Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety and basic knife skill training.
