Ensuring all of our employees are paid the correct pay is important to us. We’ve identified a number of employees who have not received the correct pay as part of a payroll system review. If you’re an affected employee, you will have received a letter from us. Please send an email with details and attachments listed below will helps us ensure you receive your correct pay as quickly as possible. It’s important for us to get it right and we regret any inconvenience caused by the error.

If you have changed your nominated superannuation fund, you will need to provide the following documents so that we can pay any owed super:

  • First Name
  • Family Name
  • Date of birth
  • Email Address
  • Home Address
  • Phone Number
  • Employee ID
  • Work Location
  • Current Spotless employee? Yes or No
  • Bank Account Name
  • BSB
  • Account
  • Superannuation Fund Name
  • USI (If this has changed, a separate form will need to be completed and signed.)
